2. Subscription and Payments
- Pricing: Access to premium features is billed at $29 per month.
- Billing: Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@autoforma.pro. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
3. User Responsibilities
- Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into the extension and the forms it fills.
- Compliance: You agree to use AutoForma Pro only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Terms of Service of any third-party websites you interact with (e.g., insurance portals or government sites).
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google/Firebase login credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, code, and branding associated with AutoForma Pro are the exclusive property of AutoForma Pro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for professional purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
AutoForma Pro is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the extension will function perfectly on every third-party website, as website structures (DOM) may change without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AutoForma Pro or its founders be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
